Join us for an in-person Legacy Peer Group meeting in April!

This session will focus on transitioning to the "third phase" of life. Our special guest speaker will be Jerry Foster, founder and current Chair of Foster Group in West Des Moines. His book, "Small Changes, Big Results," will be a guiding part of our discussion.  

Mary Andringa, former CEO and current Chair Emeritus of Vermeer Corporation, will also be with us to share her thoughts and discuss how she now guides Vermeer employees through transition planning, inspired by her own experiences and work with Foster.

Mary and Jerry will share their transition stories and lessons they have learned along the way. They will also lead us in a discussion and exercises focused on developing the "third phase" of your life.

All retired or soon-to-retire leaders of a family business and their spouses are invited to join the session, hosted by Cedar Ridge Distillery. Lunch is included.
