Generation Peer Groups Learn & Meet

Join us for a meeting of all generation peer groups at Vermeer Corporation! The Legacy Group and NexGen Groups from Eastern Iowa, Central Iowa and Zoom have the opportunity to connect with each other face-to-face, participate in interactive workshops, and hear a different generation's perspective from outside of your own family business.

Interested in joining a peer group?

NexGen Peer Groups meet monthly and is facilitated by Heidi Vermeer-Quist. Each month has a leadership or family business topic that is developed during the session and time is allowed for each individual to share the issues/challenges/opportunities that they are personally working with. The goal is to develop leadership skills to compliment the family business and allow for growth into other leadership positions or readiness for succession.

The Legacy Peer Group meets quarterly and is comprised of individuals who are retired from the daily operations of the family business or are looking to transition in the next 5-10 years. Mary Andringa facilitates the group through discussion of what the next chapter could look like and provides education and resources to plan for what is ahead.
