Description
Next Generation Leadership Group meets monthly and is facilitated by Heidi Vermeer-Quist. Each month has a leadership or family business topic that is developed during the session and time is allowed for each individual to share the issues/challenges/opportunities that they are personally working with. The goal is to develop leadership skills to compliment the family business and allow for growth into other leadership positions or readiness for succession.Images

The Next Generation Leadership - Eastern Iowa group will be virtual/Zoom in January and February 2022.
The group will start meeting face-to-face with the March 2022 meeting and is scheduled through December 2022. [June/July the group will NOT meet to accommodate vacations and December 2022, no session due to the busy December holidays.]
