NOW Generation Leadership Peer Group meets monthly and is facilitated by Heidi Vermeer-Quist. Each month individuals share the issues/challenges/opportunities that they are personally working with. The group works together to share relevant experiences to help with a range of critical thinking options and solutions that may be applied to their situation. The goal is to develop leadership skills to compliment the family business and allow for growth into other leadership positions or readiness for succession.
