The Legacy Group by Vermeer is facilitated by Mary Andringa, former CEO and second generation of Vermeer. Quarterly sessions are focused on the next chapter beyond the family businesses daily operations. Each Legacy Group session has a different theme or discussion focus with various topics being explored that include: changing identity moving away from the family business, philanthropic initiatives, succession/legacy conversations. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Anyone that is 3-5 years from succession OR has already made a transition away from the family business.
