Megan Weiler Green’s path into leadership at Weiler has taken her through law, procurement, engineering and now the C-suite of her family’s manufacturing business. After spending nine years as in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies, Megan returned to her home state of Iowa in 2017 to join her family’s rapidly growing business. She helped lead Weiler through its 2019 acquisition of Caterpillar’s purpose-built forestry business before moving into engineering, where she spent five years overseeing engineering, service, product safety and technical publications. In 2023, Megan transitioned into her current role as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, becoming part of the company’s senior leadership team.

As a member of her family’s business, Megan has experienced leadership from a variety of perspectives and across different stages of her career.
