Growing Up Next Generation: Shared Experiences
Growing up in a family business is a unique experience. Long before you have a title, a role, or a seat at the table, you're already part of the story.
Along with that comes opportunity, but also expectations, family dynamics, questions about where you fit, and the challenge of building your own identity and leadership path.
This casual roundtable creates space for family business members to connect, share experiences, and talk candidly about what it really means to grow up in, and eventually help lead, a family enterprise. Participants representing different ages, stages, and perspectives will contribute to an engaging and authentic discussion.
This isn't about having all the answers. It's about learning from others who understand the unique experience of Growing Up Next Generation.
