GenConnect is a pilot program that invites family members from different businesses to connect. Participants can be at any level in a family-owned business. Limit one family member to this group. Dan Beenken, director of the UNI Family Business Center, will focus on common cross-generational struggles. This peer group is free and offers free-flowing conversation rather than structured content. GenConnect kicks off on Zoom on Sept. 15, from 8 to 10 a.m. CST.
