Description

Next Generation Leadership Group meets monthly and is facilitated by Heidi Vermeer-Quist. Each month has a leadership or family business topic that is developed during the session and time is allowed for each individual to share the issues/challenges/opportunities that they are personally working with. The goal is to develop leadership skills to compliment the family business and allow for growth into other leadership positions or readiness for succession.
