Real Talk: Succession, Governance, and the Next Generation with Louie Gentine, Sargento Foods

Join us for a candid conversation with Louie Gentine, third-generation Chairman and CEO of Sargento Foods. Since taking the helm in 2013, Louie has grown Sargento into a nearly $2 billion cheese powerhouse while staying true to the values his grandfather Leonard established when he founded the company in 1953. 

In this session, Louie will share his own path to leadership and speak honestly about succession, how family governance has evolved as multiple generations and branches have become involved, and Sargento's newly launched education program for its 4th generation family members. 

He'll also share the Sargento family story, from Leonard and Dolores's founding in 1953 to today, and expect a little Wisconsin cheese pride to make its way in too.
