Lisa Daniel is married into the Lodge Cast Iron family — what we lovingly refer to as a "value-add" member of the fam. She and her husband Jay represent the fifth generation of the Lodge family business. What you might not know is that Lisa and Jay also run an IT business together that they founded over 25 years ago. 

As Lisa reflects on her responsibilities and how she's contributed to both family businesses, she will also discuss raising children (now in their 20s and 30s) in a multigenerational business. This informal lunchtime webinar will outline Lisa's journey through two different types of family companies. Register now to explore how a Family Business Magazine Transformational Woman of 2024 tackles the hardest pieces of working with business and family. 

This speaker series centers on the experiences of women in family-owned businesses. Everyone of every gender identity is welcome to attend. These virtual Q&A sessions take place over the lunch hour via Zoom and allow an opportunity for the audience to ask questions of the speakers.
